All our products meet the highest European standards and are CE-certified. Our joint injections and dermal fillers are manufactured according to ISO 13485 and are subject to strict quality controls. Lemon Bottle is an approved fat reduction agent with complete documentation and clinical studies.

How should the products be stored and what is their shelf life?

All products should be stored in the refrigerator at 2-8°C, protected from light and frost. The shelf life is generally 24 months from the manufacturing date. Please check the expiry date before each use. Once opened, products must be used immediately.

What delivery times and shipping options do you offer?

We offer fast deliveries within Germany (2-3 working days) and throughout Europe (3-5 working days). All products are shipped in special temperature-controlled cool boxes to ensure the cold chain. Express shipping is available upon request.

How does the order process work and what payment methods do you accept?

Orders can be placed easily via our online shop. We accept bank transfer, credit card, and SEPA direct debit. After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation with a tracking number. All orders are reviewed by our expert team before they are dispatched.

What is the return and exchange policy?

Unopened and undamaged products can be returned within 14 days of receipt. Damaged or improperly stored products will be replaced immediately. Please contact our customer service with photos and lot number for quick processing.
