"Medical devices not intended for use by laypersons may only be supplied to medical practitioners, naturopaths, and beauticians with appropriate naturopathic training. Supply to other persons is only possible if a medical or dental prescription is available (§ 3 No. 17 Medical Devices Act). I can provide corresponding proofs or prescriptions upon request."
