We ship all orders quickly, securely, and discreetly. All products are sent in neutral packaging with tracking.

Processing Time
Orders received before 2:00 PM are usually processed and shipped on the same business day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM will be shipped on the next business day.
Packaging & Shipping
Discreet Packaging
All shipments are sent in neutral, inconspicuous outer packaging without any indication of the contents.
Cold Chain Guarantee
Temperature-sensitive products such as hyaluronic acid joint injections and dermal fillers are shipped with validated cold packs in insulated packaging to ensure an uninterrupted cold chain. Cold shipping is exclusively carried out on business days.
Insured Shipping
All shipments are insured and sent with tracking. You will automatically receive a tracking number via email after dispatch.
Delivery
Delivery is carried out by renowned shipping service providers (DHL, DPD or UPS). A signature upon delivery may be required.
In case of absence, the delivery person will leave a notification. The package can then be picked up at the nearest branch or a new delivery date can be arranged.
Important for refrigerated products: Please ensure that a person is available to receive the delivery. Products should be stored professionally immediately after receipt (2–8 °C).
International Deliveries
We deliver to selected European countries. Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on your delivery address. For deliveries outside the EU, customs duties and import taxes may apply, which are to be borne by the recipient.
